Murad Replenishing Multi-acid Peel, £48 for 100ml.
Rarely do a dedicate a whole blog post to just one product, but I had to make an exception for this Murad treatment. As many of you know, I love an acid toner and have tried out several over the years. Many of them have offered great results but none compare to this.
The Murad Replenishing Peel contains a full range of AHA, BHA and TXA exfoliants. This means the product works to resurface the skin on every level, clearing out pores, dissolving dead skin cell, brighten the skin and smoothing lines and wrinkles.
The formula also contains skin soothing and boosting ingredients such as adaptogenic holy basil, rich in antioxidants, and omega-rich oils it defends and strengthen skin’s surface for a healthier-looking, more vibrant complexion.
The product itself feel really nice to apply. Though you get get a little tingling sensation (especially if you are a little on the sensitive side) it doesn’t dry the skin at all unlike many other acid toner treatments. I like to limit my use of acids to around 3x a week to prevent over sensitising the skin. I use this around once a week in conjunction with my other acid treatments. It delivers amazing results, the morning after use my skin looks instantly regenerated and fresh.
This is a really brilliant acid treatment with a fantastic list of brilliant ingredients. Though a little pricier than some acid treatments, you get a brilliantly formulated product with top quality ingredients. If you are loving the effects of acid treatments and want to splurge a little more and see even better results – this product is for you.
