No gimmicks, no marketing ploys just simple well formulated, high performing skincare. Indeed labs pride themselves on a ‘does what it says on the tin’ approach. They only use high quality, proven active ingredients and remove everything else. No perfumes, low quality ingredients, misleading claims and fancy ads.
Hydraluron Moisture Jelly, £24.00 for 30ml
Hyaluronic acid is the ingredient of the moment and rightly so. You will see it pop up in a lot of my favourite products right now. It is a humectant so draws moisture into the skin therefore deeply hydrating. This formula absorbs instantly and creates a barrier to ensure your skin retains moisture throughout the day, preventing dehydration and dullness. I love the packaging, its is super light weight and easy to travel with, it is also really reasonably priced and you get a lot of product for your money. This and my Vichy mineral 89 are my go to hyaluronic acids of the moment, I use them after toning both morning and night.
noAcid pads, £19.99 for 30 pads
As I have mentioned, my skin has started to become a little irritated due to overuse of acids so I have had to cut back massively. This product has been a god send – it gives me that resurfaced, fresh face look without overwhelming my skin. These are gentle enough to use everyday however I only use them a couple of times a week for the moment (trying to keep is somewhat basic still – its a struggle!) Rather than exfoliating acids the pads contain active probiotics that gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells and strengthen the skin’s barrier function for a more radiant and even complexion. I have to say I have completely fallen in love with this product. My skin just looks better the morning after I have used it. No irritation, redness or dryness – just glowy. I will not be without these now, a true holy grail product.
