Avocado Matcha Truffles

Rich and creamy no bake avocado matcha truffles rolled in 100% raw cacao powder.


(Makes 8 large truffles)

1 medium avocado

1/3 cup chi coconut oil (melted)

1 tablespoon clearspring matcha

1/4 cup coconut coconut merchant nectar

2/3 cup sukrin raw coconut flour

Cacao Powder for rolling the truffles in.


– Place all the ingredients excluding the cacao powder into a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is completley smooth.

– Empty the mixture out of the blender in a bowl, cover and place in the fridge for 60mins.

– Take the bowl out of the fridge and start rolling out 8 truffle balls from the mixture.

-Onto a plate place a few tablespoons of cacao powder and spread around the plate, then begin rolling the truffle balls in the cacao powder to coat the outside.

– store the truffles in the fridge in an air tight container.
