Delicious breakfast muffins packed with protein and omega’s from hemp oil and seeds. Perfect quick grab and go breakfast before hitting castings.
(makes 6 large muffins)
5tblsps clearspring hemp oil
1/4 clearspring cup rice malt
1 pack clear spring apple and cranberry puree’
1.5 cups gluten free plain flour
1.5 cups dairy free milk
1/3 cup linwoods hemp seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1/3 cup dried cranberry’s (optional)
– measure out your hemp oil, rice malt and cranberry apple puree’ and combine on a mixing bowl.
-whisk in your dairy free milk and slowly add the dry ingredients whisking until the batter is completely smooth. At this point you can choose to stir in your dried cranberries if desired.
-spoon the batter out into 6 large muffin cases and bake in a 180′ oven for 17-20mins.
-Remove from the oven an allow to cool in the baking tray slightly before transferring them onto a cooling rack.
-Enjoy warm or store in a baking tin and to keep for a few days.
