Spirulina Cashew Smoothie

 Spirulina is a great source of protein, B vitamins and iron, just add a teaspoon to your morning smoothie for a delicious super boosted breakfast. Just blend together in your nutri-bullet or any other high speed blender and enjoy!


(serves 1 -2)

2 Kiwi (I leave the skin on, extra fibre and quicker to prepare)

1 Mango

1/2 inch ginger

Handful Cashews (unroasted)

1-2 Teaspoons Spirulina

Juice of half a lemon

300ml Water (or until you reach the desired texture)
