Moist and fudgy butter bean brownies with a delicious dark chocolate and hazelnut swirl.
(makes 12 blondies)
1 can of butterbeans drained and rinsed.
150ml coconut milk
50ml maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon ashwaganda powder (optional)
2 Tablespoons Mr Organic Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
– Put all of the ingredient apart from the Mr Organic Chocolate Spread into a blender and process until completely smooth.
-Pour the batter into a paper lined 8inch squared baking tray.
-Take a heaping tablespoon of the chocolate spread and swirl around the batter in the tray creating a marble effect.
– Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 25 mins at 180′
-Remove from the oven a leave to cool before slicing and serving.
